Thomas and Sommer who own As You Want It Remodeling LLC recently did some work for me and I can attest they are both the nicest professional educated and competent contractors I have met in Utah. They take to heart their work and have the utmost integrity. I had two spared bedrooms (formerly kids rooms) redone.  Both rooms had a lot of holes that needed to be patched, removal of built in shelves, and a new paint job. Their work is top notch, but the items that separated them from other contractors is they communicate with me to make sure I got what I wanted AND they were punctual. They texted me when they were 15 to 20 minutes from my house so I could put the dogs in a separate room. They also fixed a sink stopper and sink leak that weren't part of the job but was driving me nuts. They know what they are doing, and they take responsibility for the quality of their work. The name of their company says it all, AS YOU WANT IT REMODELING. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be asking to get on their calendar in 2022. Thank you Thomas and Sommer!!

Thomas and Sommer are both the creative and operational principles as well as owners of As You Want It Remodeling LLC. They have done multiple projects for us at our home and they are the nicest professional and competent contractors I have worked with. Most of all, I trust them with both the project and my home. They have been very aware of my concerns and time frame as we have planned and completed the work. Their first big project was taking out an old bathroom downstairs and updating it to showroom quality. I am now happy to show this bathroom to everyone. It looks and functions great. They also helped me replace tile in another small bathroom and install new tile in an area in the basement for my art studio. Their attention to detail and willingness to help make them a valued resource. They even worked well with our dog. They know what they are doing, and take responsibility for their work.  They want us to be happy and satisfied.  I highly recommend them and we will look to them for other needs.
